FREE SET UP: Set Up is FREE for all products when usable art is provided. Charges may apply if bad art is provided.
COLOR MATCH: PMS colors should be provided when available for reference on text, but color match in not available.
SAMPLES: Generally FREE small random samples with FREE USPS ship out. Expedited shipping available at additional cost or on your shipper account. Please inquire.
SPLIT & DROP SHIPMENTS: These fees apply in addition to freight charges. Small items $2.25 per location. Gift Boxes $3.25 per location. Bulk split shipments $7.50 per location.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES: Cancellations must be made via email or fax. You will be billed for all work done prior to our receipt of cancellation notice. Significant changes to the order may result in delay of shipment date.
